After using it on my knees for 5 minutes, I decided to go ahead and order a tube, and had the gel shipped when I got home last night.

It’s a gel that melts in your mouth, goes into your stomach, and dissolves, so you can’t really use it for anything else. It’s great for pain relief and it’s definitely a better way to use your gel than popping pills. I have to say, I don’t have much of an issue with the drug itself. The major pain I have from ice is from arthritis, but I’ve been using this gel for a while now and I have no problems. The only reason I can think of for not using it more is that the gel only lasts for about an hour when it’s in liquid form, and it costs a pretty penny to use it in that way.
